Magical Bridge is thrilled to be a part of Alum Rock Union School District (ARUSD)'s affordable housing project for Mayfair teachers, staff, and their families. This inclusive playground, perfect for community members of all ages and abilities, will contribute towards a fun and welcoming environment to call home. ARUSD is going above and beyond to ensure the space is not merely functional, but truly reflects the diverse community we live in.

We're excited to partner with CORE Builders and Steinberg Hart to bring an accessible, inclusive playground at the heart of this new teacher housing community. This community playspace will foster intergenerational interaction and improve the physical, social, emotional, and mental health of all who visit.
Aside from a new Magical Bridge Playground, this affordable housing project will include a dog park, community stage, outdoor gathering space, and much more.
