MAGICAL BRIDGE MARIN
McInnis Park is centrally located in Marin and draws people of all ages to recreate outdoors. Local parents have selected an available space at the center of the park for a new playground. McInnis is a destination for the entire community, serves local schools, and is down the street from The Helix School serving neurodivergent children.

The County of Marin is leading the way with $2 million committed toward the design and construction of Magical Bridge Marin. We need help raising an additional $7 million to make this playground a reality.

THE NEED BY THE NUMBERS
MARIN FAMILIES
Hundreds of Marin families and 4,200 Marin children with disabilities must drive to the South Bay to play outdoors, or sit on the sidelines while their siblings play locally.
MARIN EDUCATION
Marin County Office of Education services almost 500 Marin students who have extensive support needs, while 1 in 7 students qualify as eligible for accommodations.
MARIN SENIORS
Currently 30% of the population, over 78,000 residents, are Marin seniors over 60 years old. Marin grandparents want a safe, fenced playground where they can bring grandchildren to play without worrying they will run into a busy parking lot or roadway.
MARIN TEENS
Marin teens have repeatedly asked for a fun outdoor space to socialize and engage in local research.
