Accessibility Statement
This statement was last updated on July 21, 2026. We at Magical Bridge are committed to making our playground designs accessible to individuals of all ages and abilities. After opening, each playground location is managed by the city or property manager for that location. Contact the city for any issues regarding maintenance or usability.
What is playground accessibility?
Accessible playgrounds allow people of all backgrounds and abilities to play together, fostering inclusion and community. We strive to design spaces that cater to diverse needs and encourage participation.
Accessibility features in our playgrounds
Our playgrounds are designed in accordance with ADA and ASTM guidelines, ensuring that they are accessible and usable by children with disabilities. Key features include:
- Accessible pathways and entrances
- Seamless soft fall surfacing with tactile transition strips
- Inclusive play equipment that accommodates diverse abilities
- Sensory-rich environments for various developmental needs
- Adapted playground equipment (swings, slides, spinners, etc.) for wheelchair access
- Quiet areas for children who may be overwhelmed by sensory stimuli
We acknowledge that there may be elements outside of our control, such as third-party equipment or installations that may not fully meet accessibility standards.
Some features in our playgrounds may depend on equipment provided by third parties. We are committed to addressing any accessibility concerns related to these elements.
Accessibility arrangements in our playgrounds
Our playgrounds are designed with accessibility in mind, ensuring clear pathways, accessible restrooms, and sensory zones. We continually evaluate our designs to enhance accessibility and welcome feedback from families. Please note: after opening, each playground is managed and operated by the city or property manager for that location.
