About the project
The San Jose Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) is reimagining the River Oaks campus at 3331 North First Street in San Jose, California. The project will include affordable housing and urban design that enhances pedestrian walkability, bike access, and connectivity to transit. The 18-acre project, which includes a Magical Bridge Playground, will provide environmental and public health benefits, increase transit ridership and reduce auto dependence, and enhance economic competitiveness.
